Karl Wolfram  was a unique musician who not only collected old ballads and performed authentic renditions, he built faithful replica instruments to ensure the perfect sound of the middle ages came to life.

He performed at concerts worldwide under the auspices of the Goethe Institute and performed to select academic audiences and the diplomatic corps at many German embassies.
